I reached out to a paint company and they said you need to fix this, that and remove that before we can do any painting. I called up 3 rot repair companies. This one stuck. Vadim and his team at Rot Solutions are amazing. We are so proud of the work they did for us. What started out as a bid for some possible rot repair turned into a partnership for future repairs and upgrades. We had rot repaired all over the house and a beautiful new deck completed within a couple of weeks during the hottest time of the summer. My husband and I had a plan for this new deck and these guys were 100% accommodating. We chose the Timbertech Coconu Husk and black railing with cables. And it is a beautiful choice. We had some add ons including some facia, joist sealant and hidden deck clips. We asked for a landing before the stairs for a future project that we plan to tie into the new deck. I’ll update the photos after the house paint and when the grass is green again. We safely stayed within budget due to Vadim’s nearly accurate estimates. We already have a few more projects in mind already for these guys.
